You will maintain clean visuals, collaborate with teammates, and represent the Fanatics brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in a fast-paced, fan-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Professional appearance and represent Fanatics brand positively.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and ask questions to help make their shopping experience an enjoyable one.
• Make recommendations based on observations and conversations with fans.
• Help execute a brand connection by ensuring fans enjoy a top-notch shopping experience.
• Maintain sales floor and/or stockroom standards with an eye to detail.
• Process sales transactions via the Fanatics POS system.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service to positively represent Fanatics and the Team/League.
