Job summary

Legends Global Merchandise is hiring part-time retail associates for the NCAA Hall of Champions in Indianapolis, IN. You will engage fans, drive sales at kiosks, and deliver a memorable shopping experience at the museum. Starting pay is $14 per hour.

Day-to-day tasks include greeting guests, processing transactions, stocking merchandise, and maintaining clean displays. The role suits team players who enjoy fast-paced environments and working 15–20 hours weekly across 2–4 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Retail experience a plus but not mandatory.
• Must be a team player with strong verbal communication.
• Ability to interact well with customers, staff and NCAA contacts.
• Basic computer skills; MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to follow NCAA and Legends Global Merchandise policies and procedures.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and stay adaptable.
• Knowledge of products and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with their overall experience while maximizing sales at retail kiosks.
• Answer guests’ questions regarding Hall of Champions equipment, including kiosks and displays.
• Complete quick and friendly retail transactions with customers.
• Maintain general cleanliness of the Hall of Champions equipment and retail fixtures.
• Stock, organize and sell merchandise in the retail kiosk and follow visual merchandising directives.
• Assist in daily inventory control, weekly cycle counts and semi-annual inventory.
• Help capture sales records (POS) for admission tickets and merchandise.
• Deliver Total Customer Experience.
• Other duties may be assigned.
