Edgar Cayce's Association for Research and Enlightenment (A.R.E.) in Virginia Beach seeks a friendly Visitor Center Customer Service representative to greet visitors, guide them to information, and handle memberships and conference registrations. You will respond to inquiries, perform data entry, and assist with event logistics while promoting the organization’s activities.

Candidates should have a high school diploma with business training, at least two years of customer service and data entry

Qualificações

• Minimum two years customer service/retail experience.
• Minimum two years’ data entry experience; Aptify is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist visitors, provide handouts, and keep literature up to date.
• Answer questions about Edgar Cayce, the readings, and A.R.E. functions.
• Research and guide visitors to information on the website.
• Handle conference registration duties during events.
• Perform data entry for memberships, orders, and inquiries.
• Respond to visitor inquiries with local area information.
