Job summary

Atlantic Coast Athletic Clubs, LP is seeking a friendly member services front desk associate at our Greenville club. You will greet guests, check them in, process enrollment in programs and events, and provide information on club offerings.

You will answer calls, maintain knowledge of classes and policies, and process POS transactions with accuracy. The role requires strong computer skills, reliability, and teamwork to deliver exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior customer service experience is highly desired.
• Experience handling payments and cash registers.
• Proficient computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Check every member and guest in accurately and quickly.
• Direct guests to the membership department for club pricing, costs and enrollment.
• Manage member and guest enrollment in programs and events.
• Answer incoming calls in a clear and friendly manner.
• Provide information regarding acac programs and registration.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of programs, classes, and club operations.
• Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Know and adhere to opening and closing procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
