Job summary

Workout Anytime Asheboro is hiring for a part-time Club Associate to greet members, answer the phone, keep the club clean, and lead tours for prospective members. You’ll be the friendly first face on shift and the one who makes the club feel welcome.

Daily tasks include assisting with check-ins, following up with leads, and supporting events while you learn RAMP and how we help members achieve results. No quotas, just a team that cares.

Qualifications

• Friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
• Reliable and punctual with a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable in a gym environment and with talking to people.
• Previous front-desk or retail experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and learn names.
• Answer the phone and assist visitors.
• Give tours to prospective members.
