The Lead partners with management but does not have direct responsibility for hiring, performance management, or budgeting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• Prior customer service experience required.
• Previous lead or senior teammate experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay calm and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong scheduling and organizational skills; proficient with computers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the shift leader on the front desk and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Create and manage team schedules and adjust coverage in real time.
• Provide on-the-floor guidance, support, and coaching to team members.
• Act as first point of escalation for member questions and service recovery.
• Model exceptional customer service and set the tone for the team.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
• Monitor front desk operations and identify efficiency and service improvements.
• Communicate club updates, events, and expectations to staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Support club events and member engagement through front desk execution.
