Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at entry points (kiosk, tunnel entrance, or other touchpoints).
• Identify customer needs through questions and listening.
• Educate customers on wash, detail, and lube packages and memberships.
• Promote and sell memberships (Fast Pass, Unlimited).
• Present promotions and incentives to encourage purchases.
• Assist customers with payment transactions at the kiosk.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and report issues.
• Collaborate with site team to support operations.
