Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Feasterville Trevose, PA. You will be the first point of contact for guests, educating them on wash, detailing, and maintenance packages while driving memberships and promotions.

The role requires strong communication, sales mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, identifying needs, handling payments at kiosks, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred, not required.
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred, not required.
• Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law or safety regulations).
• Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location and responsibilities).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at entry points (kiosk, tunnel entrance, or other touchpoints).
• Identify customer needs through questions and active listening.
• Educate customers on wash and detail packages and membership options.
• Promote and sell memberships, including Fast Pass and Unlimited programs.
• Present current promotions to encourage additional purchases.
• Assist customers with payment transactions at the kiosk and answer inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and report safety concerns.
• Support site operations and perform routine cleaning tasks.
