The Guest Services Manager at Vail Mountain oversees the Guest Services Team operations and coordinates with the Mountain Hosts to deliver an Experience of a Lifetime for guests throughout their resort journey.

You will lead in-base and on-mountain guest guidance, ticketing, and staff scheduling while maintaining service standards, managing budgets, and partnering with department leaders to ensure exceptional guest interactions.

Competenze

• Experience in guest services leadership or supervisory roles.
• Ability to manage and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hospitality software.
• Excellent communication and guest-relations skills.

• Oversee a cross-functional team to own the guest and village experience. Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage departmental budgets, forecasts and inventory to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
• Provide personalized assistance to guests and ensure high guest satisfaction.
