Manor Vail Lodge in Vail, CO, is seeking a Guest Arrival and Service Manager to oversee arrivals, luggage handling, and personal guest experiences across 6 buildings and 140 residences. This role blends hosting, concierge, and problem-solving to create a seamless mountain stay from check-in to departure, while coordinating with front desk, housekeeping, and ski services.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in hospitality, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a knowledge of Vail; a Colorado driver

Qualifications

• Two or more years in hospitality roles.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Vail area.
• Valid Colorado driver's license with clean MVR.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Condominium hotel or owner relations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet arrivals, assist with luggage, and orient guests to units.
• Coordinate seamless departures and manage curbside flow.
• Lead bell staff and manage schedules and training.
• Anticipate guest needs, arrange reservations, and coordinate logistics.
• Assist front desk during low volume periods.
• Maintain knowledge of local dining and activities.
• Handle guest funds and receipts per policy.
