Job summary

Cinépolis USA is seeking a Service Manager to lead front-of-house operations in a luxury cinema setting. You will supervise servers, bartenders, runners, and concessions, ensuring brand standards and a top-notch guest experience.

Role requires leadership, guest service excellence, and the ability to train and develop hourly staff while meeting sales goals and maintaining operational standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Hospitality or related field.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of bar and restaurant management experience required.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience required.
• Full-service restaurant background including inventory control and operations.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Assistant General Manager in interviewing and hiring hourly staff.
• Prepares weekly schedules and ensures shifts are covered.
• Coaches and leads front-of-house teams to meet goals.
• Delivers daily pre-shift meetings and promotes current promotions.
• Monitors sales, analyzes KPI boards, and drives revenue.
• Oversees in-seat dining, auditorium sales, and guest experience.
