Job summary

Cinépolis USA, based in Dallas, seeks an Operations Manager to lead staff recruitment, training, and retention across our theatre concepts. You will partner with HR and supervisors to ensure high guest service standards, food and film presentation, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage schedules, promotions, and compliance, while driving sales goals and maintaining a clean, safe venue. Availability for holidays and weekends is required to support peak periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of in-seat dining theater or restaurant operations management in a high-volume operation.
• Minimum 3 years of F&B management experience in a high-volume role, ideally with full-service bar and kitchen.
• ServSafe, Food handling, and Alcohol certification required.
• Availability to work holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, train, develop, and retain staff.
• Oversee new hire training and ongoing staff development; ensure compliance training is up to date.
• Partner with HR and leadership to enforce policies and deliver guest-focused service.
• Lead regional meetings, sales initiatives, and profitability tracking.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and food & beverage operations to meet budgets and guest expectations.
• Monitor outcomes with reports and analytics, drive improvements to guest satisfaction and revenue.
