Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years of restaurant experience
• A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Experience mentoring and training hourly team members
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Aufgaben

• Guest Experience: Be guest-obsessed and oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service; lead by example during shifts and train your team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Team Leadership: Build a positive work environment, hire/onboard top talent, use emotional intelligence to support staff, manage scheduling and staffing, celebrate wins and provide feedback.
• Operational Leadership: Maintain bartaco standards, hit targets and support cross-team collaboration to ensure high food/beverage quality; lead through change and address operational needs.
