Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant experience as a General Manager.
• A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring and training hourly team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution of service and standards.
• Develop and mentor a team of managers and staff, fostering hospitality and accountability.
• Drive guest satisfaction and loyalty through active manager engagement with guests.
• Ensure teams consistently deliver high standards of hospitality and service.
• Manage financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
