bartaco is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, mentor a high-performing team, and uphold our guest-obsessed brand. You will model our leadership principles, drive financial performance, and ensure memorable dining experiences across shifts.

You will partner with culinary and service teams to maintain high-quality offerings, coach staff, and foster a culture of accountability, hospitality, and community involvement.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant experience as a General Manager.
• A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring and training hourly team members.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution of service and standards.
• Develop and mentor a team of managers and staff, fostering hospitality and accountability.
• Drive guest satisfaction and loyalty through active engagement and quality service.
• Ensure teams consistently deliver high hospitality standards and guest interactions.
• Manage financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue growth.
• Lead community engagement and brand ambassador activities to support local market awareness.
