Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk staff, manage schedules, and ensure accurate administrative tasks.
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
• Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
• Train new front desk staff and provide ongoing training.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met and operations run smoothly.
• Manage the budget for front desk operations within budgetary constraints.
