Dash In in Waldorf, MD is seeking a Guest Experience Manager to lead our Front of House team and ensure smooth 24/7 retail operations. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to build a high-performing team delivering top-tier service and guest engagement.

You will focus on brand standards, inventory control, and profitability metrics like labor and expenses, while coaching and developing staff for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in operations, customer service, food service, or retail; 2+ years leadership.
• Willing to work a varied full-time schedule including days, nights, weekends, and overnights.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.; clean background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, training, and developing a high-performing retail team.
• Manage product orders to drive sales and prevent loss.
• Ensure a clean, safe facility and maintain high guest engagement.
• Communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
• Meet or exceed expectations during third-party audits and inspections.
• Act as Store Manager when needed.
