Job summary

Dash In is seeking a Guest Experience Manager in La Plata, MD to lead our Front of House team and partner with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, oversee daily Front of House operations, and ensure outstanding guest service. The role includes inventory control, labor management, and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail, food service, customer service, or operations experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and overnights.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and coach team members.
• Lead daily Front of House operations.
• Ensure outstanding guest service.
• Maintain inventory and reduce product loss.
• Drive sales while controlling labor and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and safety procedures.
• Prepare for and successfully complete third-party inspections.
