Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Works with the General Manager to achieve and exceed guest satisfaction scores.
• Oversees front desk operations and addresses deficiencies promptly.
• Trains guest service agents on proper front desk procedures.
• Recruits, interviews and selects qualified front desk staff.
• May prepare weekly schedules for front office staff.
• Maintains high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
