Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a POS register system and handle transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Handle merchandise returns and complete refund/exchange paperwork.
• Secure firearms with trigger locks and follow safety procedures.
• Check in vendor representatives and manage visitor badges.
• Sell hunting and fishing licenses.
• Promote programs such as CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick-up.
• Maintain a clean, stocked work area and follow company policies.
