Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Customer Relations Associate to welcome customers, assist with merchandise questions, and guide them to solutions. The role includes securing firearms with trigger locks, processing returns, and selling hunting and fishing licenses.

You will maintain product knowledge, keep the area well stocked, and promote programs such as CLUB Membership. The position emphasizes delivering a legendary customer experience every day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to calculate discounts and make change.
• Friendly, professional communication with customers and associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers and customers.
• Ability to operate computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Secure all firearms brought into the store with trigger locks.
• Process returns and exchanges with appropriate paperwork.
• Sell hunting and fishing licenses.
• Handle incentive and reward programs.
• Maintain a clean, neat, stocked work area.
• Promote CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick-up.
• Provide a legendary customer experience by identifying needs and recommending products.
