Bass Pro Shops in Michigan seeks a part-time Customer Relations Associate to greet customers, assist with product questions, handle returns, and support a friendly, world-class shopping experience. You will secure firearms, log visitors, process refunds, promote loyalty programs, and help maintain a stocked, clean store while following company policies.

This role emphasizes excellent communication and product knowledge in a dynamic outdoor retail setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers
• Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Handle merchandise returns; complete refund / exchange paperwork.
• Sells appropriate Hunting and Fishing Licenses.
• Remains knowledgeable about products and advertised sales.
• Keeps work area clean, neat and well stocked with supplies.
• Follows all Company Policies and Procedures.
• Provide a legendary experience for every customer by assisting with buying decisions and promoting CLUB, VOC, and in-store pick-up.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
