Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food, while training the crew and upholding standards. You will keep a clean, organized line and help with breaks, shifts, and meetings, coaching front-of-house staff and preparing for future leaders.

You will bring knowledge of food safety, cash handling, and office processes, and demonstrate the ability to read, write, and speak the local language.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English in the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and monitor safety on the line.
• Support food safety practices, including hand washing, glove changes and time-temperature monitoring.
• Assist with customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules; cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and developing future leaders.
• Support office administration duties and handle banking and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and stocked.
