Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served and that the restaurant crew is well trained to provide great service. The role requires staying on the line, keeping it clean, and stepping in to assist during busy times.

You will oversee training, shifts, and line schedules while supporting office duties and aiming to develop future leaders within the team.

Qualifications

• Understanding Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, temperature monitoring, shelf life checks, and Daily Food Safety Checklist.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking and cash handling policies.
• Ensure office equipment works and supplies are ordered.
• Ensure the proper quantity of supplies are available.
