Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep a clean, organized line and ensure equipment is functioning properly.
• Supervise and train restaurant crew and assist with crew performance reviews.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and ensure supplies and banking policies are followed.
