Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served, and by keeping the restaurant crew well trained and customer-focused.

The role involves maintaining a clean, organized line, monitoring line equipment, and stepping in to complete tasks when needed. It requires on-your-feet availability during shifts and offers competitive pay with strong benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Restaurant experience preferred.
Ability to articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.

Responsibilities

Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
Help resolve food quality issues.
Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, temperatures, shelf lives, and Daily Food Safety Checklist.
Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
Assist with Crew performance reviews.
Develop future Service Leaders.
Assist with office administration duties and paperwork.
Ensure office equipment remains in working order and supplies are stocked.
