Marcus Theatres in Madison, WI seeks a Full Time Assistant Manager to lead theatre operations, deliver exceptional guest service, and motivate staff in a fast-paced, safe environment.

You will train and coach associates, manage inventory and supplies, maintain cleanliness, operate projection and POS systems, and support hiring and compliance with company policies.

We offer flexible or set schedules, opportunities to transfer between properties, and a culture that values guest focus and teamwork.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 and have supervisory experience in a high-volume setting.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to obtain food handling licenses as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; business/marketing coursework preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Train, coach, and develop associates while fostering a positive service-driven environment.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor cleanliness, maintenance, and safety across all areas.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and PCI regulations.
• Operate projection and sound equipment, POS and other theatre systems.
• Support hiring processes, orientation, and ongoing associate development.
• Analyze business trends to drive sales, optimize schedules, and support corporate initiatives.
