Job summary

Lululemon Athletica is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience in San Mateo, CA to lead from the floor and develop team members while delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales, maintain visual standards, and foster an inclusive, high-performing team environment.

You will oversee coaching and performance management, support recruitment, and ensure adherence to company policies while prioritizing guest satisfaction and community

Qualifications

• 1 year of people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience in operations and project management.
• Experience handling store operations and budgeting is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse team, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience on the sales floor through coaching and product education.
• Open and close the store per procedures and manage daily operations and visual merchandising.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on budgeting, planning, and labor optimization.
• Address guest feedback and resolve escalations to ensure customer satisfaction.
