lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead on the floor, mentor a diverse team, and ensure guests receive a best-in-class experience aligned with our values. You’ll cultivate belonging, coach performance, and model inclusive leadership to build a positive store culture.

You’ll partner with Store Manager on scheduling, merchandising, and guest issue resolution while maintaining safety and store standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience
• 1 year leadership experience managing operations and processes
• Strong communication and guest service skills

Responsibilities

• Lead a respectful, inclusive team environment and coach members.
• Deliver exceptional guest experience on the floor.
• Review business data and plan with managers.
• Ensure product presentation and restock are maintained.
• Manage budget and labor hours as delegated.
• Directly manage a subset of store employees.
