This role partners with peers on store operations, merchandising, safety, and budget, while guiding guests through product education and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience
• 1 year leadership experience in operations and administration
• Experience in retail or service environment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team members and foster inclusive culture.
• Provide exceptional guest experience and address escalations.
• Partner with managers on planning, merchandising, and budget.
• Open/close store and ensure safety and compliance.
• Manage performance and provide feedback to team members.
