lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead from the floor, develop team members, and create a sense of belonging while delivering outstanding guest experiences in our store.

You will coach, hire, and manage performance, partner with store leadership on operations, and ensure product presentation and safety policies are followed, while upholding lululemon’s values.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience managing operations.
• Retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead people management activities with coaching and feedback.
• Provide on-floor guest experience leadership and coaching.
• Review business data to inform planning and operations.
• Open and close the store following procedures.
• Drive budget and labor planning.
