JOE & THE JUICE is hiring a Shift Supervisor to energize daily operations, lead the team, and ensure top guest experiences. You’ll delegate tasks, monitor workflow, and maintain standards during busy shifts in a fast-paced, music-driven cafe environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: follow the Daily Concept Workflow (DCWF), observe store traffic, assign tasks, and deliver feedback.
• Cleanliness & Standards: supervise and delegate daily checklists, keep the store clean and safe, report issues promptly.
• Team Training: support juicers through our training mantra (Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation).
• Guest Experience: lead by example to create warm, memorable guest interactions with a professional approach.
• Sales Focus: monitor targets during the shift, manage deliveries, and support store sales performance.
