Target in White Plains, NY is hiring for a Service and Engagement Team Leader. You will lead hourly team members to deliver a consistent guest experience, manage daily operations, and coach staff to uphold service standards.

You’ll drive store performance through effective scheduling, training, and adherence to company policies while supporting leadership with guest engagement initiatives and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly experience.
• Train and develop team members to meet guest experience commitments and store standards.
• Monitor area metrics, identify opportunities and drive results with the team.
• Lead a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store Attendants to exceed service expectations.
• Support store leadership on training, onboarding and career development conversations.
