Job summary

lululemon Athletica in Nashville seeks a Guest Experience Lead to drive an exceptional in-store experience and lead the team on the sales floor. You will guide technical product education, monitor performance metrics, and participate in recruiting and training to build a high-performing team.

The role emphasizes inclusive leadership, collaboration, and delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment. It is a contract position with on-site duties at Mall at Green Hills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of retail or customer experience.
• Experience in leading or mentoring others is preferred.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation (if needed).

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests to articulate value.
• Oversee store operations and shift readiness.
• Open and close the store per procedures.
• Review daily metrics to drive sales and team performance.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding and training processes.
• Provide direct feedback and recognize team members in real time.
• Foster an inclusive, fun and productive team environment.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty when on the floor and lead the team.
