Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with an outgoing personality and willingness to engage with guests.
• Proven hospitality leadership with knowledge in leadership including financial results, guest satisfaction and employee relations.
• Ability to maintain a beautiful environment with attention to detail for a welcoming atmosphere.
• Genuine desire to contribute to the community and meaningful causes.
• Creative and entrepreneurial thinking to drive revenue opportunities.
• Well-groomed, stylish appearance reflecting pride and a world-class guest experience.
• Ability to work a varied schedule with a minimum of 40 hours per week including holidays, nights and weekends.
• 1 year Retail or Hospitality Management.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly.

• Holds self and the team accountable for achievement of P&L results and statistical standards
