Job summary

Trevor’s Liquor is seeking an enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our team. You will support the restaurant team to deliver exceptional food and beverage offerings with Above & Beyond hospitality. You will also support the retail team with projects that involve both teams.

You will oversee Front of House and Back of House, train staff, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met. This role reports to the Restaurant General Manager and requires a full-time schedule including nights,

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food, spirits, beer and wine.
• Hospitality excellence.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Value collaboration and acting as a team player.
• Desire to develop knowledge of product and services.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure the food and beverage items are prepared and presented to guests with the highest possible quality.
• Constantly train team members to improve guest experiences.
• Oversee all FOH and BOH team members.
• Maintain restaurant safety and cleanliness standards throughout the building.
• Report to the Restaurant General Manager.
