You will oversee service standards, assist with recruitment and coaching, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation rules while supporting day-to-day operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a casual dining restaurant.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
• Ability to lead and motivate staff and train others.
• Strong planning, forecasting, scheduling, and budgeting basics.

Responsibilities

• Lead dining room and kitchen operations.
• Recruit, train and develop hospitality team.
• Ensure friendly, efficient guest service.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Manage opening and closing duties and inventory.
• Monitor guest complaints and resolve quickly.
