Thrive Restaurant Group is seeking a Restaurant Hospitality Supervisor to lead the dining room and hospitality team. This hourly role focuses on delivering an outstanding guest experience while helping supervise daily operations, train staff, and uphold standards in a fast-paced casual dining setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a casual dining restaurant.
• Minimum one year in a supervisory role.
• Ability to make decisions and resolve problems.
• Guide, direct and motivate staff.
• Plan and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Teach and train staff as needed.
• Monitor processes, materials, and resources.
• Operate, repair, and maintain equipment as required.
• Perform administrative tasks.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Discretion handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the operation of the dining room and kitchen.
• Support managers with recruiting, training, and developing the hospitality team.
• Provide vision, coaching, and feedback to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Foster a cohesive, positive team environment.
• Manage opening and closing activities.
• Ensure excellent customer service and cleanliness.
• Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Ensure compliance with security procedures and alcohol regulations.
• Assist during peak times to expedite service.
• Support forecasting, scheduling, budgeting, and labor management.
