Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality, great tasting food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues promptly.
• Maintain safety and hygiene on the line; monitor temps and hand washing.
• Support crew breaks, shift changes and line scheduling.
• Assist with crew training and performance reviews.
• Help with office tasks like banking and cash handling policies.
• Ensure adequate supplies and organize a clean, efficient workspace.
