Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean, organized, and properly equipped; supervise crew on shifts.
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring, shelf life checks.
• Resolve food quality issues and customer incidents; ensure great service.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; assist with training front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Handle office duties, banking, and paperwork; ensure supplies and equipment run smoothly.
