Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in the United States seeks a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience with safe, quality food and well-trained crew. The role involves keeping a clean, organized line, supervising shifts, and assisting with office duties as needed to support daily restaurant operations.

You will contribute to food safety, customer service, and crew development while aiming for operational excellence and career growth within Chipotle.

Qualifications

• Require ability to understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know and follow cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Be able to read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety practices: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring, shelf-life checks, and daily safety checklist adherence.
• Monitor and support crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration tasks and banking and paperwork as needed.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are kept in good order.
