The role focuses on leadership, people development, and delivering a best-in-class shopping environment at our Oak Brook store, with emphasis on teamwork, diversity, and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the country of the store
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation
• 1 year people management experience
• 1 year leadership experience in operations and administration

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and address guest feedback on the floor.
• Partner with managers to review data and plan sales, hiring, and budgets.
• Ensure product presentation and store operations, including restock and merchandising.
• Manage delegated budget and labor hours.
