lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead a store team and ensure a top-tier guest experience daily. You will coach team members, drive performance, and uphold the brand’s standards in product presentation and service.

Responsibilities include floor leadership, staff development, and collaboration with the Store Manager on hiring, budgeting, and operations to deliver consistent growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience, including managing business operations and administration.
• Retail or sales management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to build, manage, and develop team members.
• Create an inclusive, high-caliber guest experience aligning with company values.
• Partner with Store Manager on planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
