Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States
• 1 year retail or leadership experience preferred
• Ability to travel to assigned store if required

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team on the floor to deliver a quality guest experience.
• Partner with Store Manager on hiring and building a diverse team.
• Coach and provide feedback to team members regularly.
• Manage performance and address concerns with respect and fairness.
• Ensure store operations, merchandising, and safety procedures are followed.
