Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead on the store floor, develop a diverse team, and ensure a top-tier guest experience aligned with our values. You will partner with the Store Manager to hire, coach, and drive daily operations while maintaining safety and visual standards.

The role emphasizes inclusive leadership, accountability for performance, and managing budgets and labor with a focus on guest satisfaction and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience, including managing operations and projects.
• Eligibility to work in the store location.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team with an inclusive culture.
• Provide floor leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences and product education.
• Collaborate with managers on planning, budgeting, and hiring strategies.
• Open and close the store per procedures and maintain safety policies.
• Manage delegated budget and labor hours and support performance opportunities.
• Directly lead a subset of store employees as assigned by the Store Manager.
