Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to guide the housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams. You will inspect rooms, train staff, and drive consistency in cleanliness and readiness across the property.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent guest service. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is expected. Concord offers competitive benefits and opportunities for development.

Formación

• Prior housekeeping or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and leadership skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and support a team.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Physical ability to assist with cleaning tasks and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams to ensure quality, productivity, and standards.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to confirm cleanliness and brand compliance.
• Train and support team members to drive performance and consistency.
• Lead daily assignments, key control, and team readiness.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly.
• Monitor room status, report maintenance needs, and ensure timely room readiness.
• Maintain organized housekeeping spaces and support operations as needed.
