Concord is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to guide a team and ensure clean, comfortable spaces that enhance guest experiences. You will supervise housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams, inspect rooms for cleanliness, and train staff to maintain quality and brand standards.

The role requires leadership, attention to detail, the ability to train and motivate others, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays in a hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and leadership skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and support a team.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Physical ability to assist with cleaning tasks and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Supervise housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams to ensure quality, productivity, and standards.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to confirm cleanliness and brand compliance.
• Train and support team members to drive performance and consistency.
• Lead daily assignments, key control, and team readiness.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly.
• Monitor room status, report maintenance needs, and ensure timely room readiness.
• Maintain organized housekeeping spaces and support operations as needed.
