Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and a well-trained crew. You will keep a clean, organized line with functioning equipment and guide crew through shifts and tasks.

You will also support training, supervision, and basic office duties, while upholding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy and standards across our restaurants.

Qualifications

• Food safety knowledge and compliance with health dept. requirements.
• Experience with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and record-keeping.
• Restaurant experience and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues to maintain standards.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, and line temps.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews and development of leaders.
