Qualifications

• Familiar with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Experience with office paperwork and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety and monitor line time and temperature.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Perform office administration duties and manage supplies.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are ready.
• Maintain an organized line and clean workspace.
