Job summary

Mt. Bachelor LLC is seeking a Guest Experience Manager at Trailhead Lodge in Bend, OR. You will lead front office operations, oversee F&B services, and supervise guest-facing teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a mountain resort setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in similar role in hospitality or guest services.
• OLCC Alcohol Service Permit (RSA) and Oregon Food Handler Card or willingness to obtain.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
• Experience overseeing front office, F&B, and retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front office reservations, check-in/out, guest communications, and PMS accuracy.
• Lead F&B services, lobby offerings, and event food experiences.
• Coordinate retail displays and transactions.
• Hire, train, schedule, and lead guest experience and F&B staff.
• Monitor guest feedback and collaborate on service improvements.
• Provide on-site leadership during peak periods and events.
